Delivery Areas
We offer delivery across mainland UK. If you require delivery to a remote location, offshore island or an area outside mainland UK, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional charges.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the products ordered, stock availability and your location.
Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or confirmed once your order has been processed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Receiving Your Delivery
Tiles can be heavy and are often delivered on pallets. Please ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle.
Pallet deliveries are generally made to the nearest accessible kerbside location. Drivers are not normally able to carry tiles into your property.
We recommend checking your delivery as soon as it arrives to ensure everything is correct and in good condition.
Damaged or Missing Items
We take care to ensure your tiles arrive in excellent condition. However, if you notice any damaged or missing items, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, include your order number and photographs of any damage so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Delivery Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays can sometimes occur.
If your delivery is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide an updated delivery estimate.
We recommend waiting until your tiles have arrived and been checked before booking professional installers.
